Page 34, member claims that Erik has packed up and left town in a attempt to disappear from all of this along with everyone's money and parts.

Personally, if I had money or parts tied up with Erik right now I would have called the Allentown police long ago. Because I don't have any personal ties to this matter other then being the site owner I cannot file a report other then act as a information provider.

I realize there are people trying to give Erik the benifit of the doubt but I highly recommend at this point and time to cut all ties and file a police report before he leaves town, if he tries to. Erik has had over 2 months to come on here and communicate with everyone here, his only reply to this situation was that he was disgusted with all of us and couldn't believe what everyone was saying about him.... that's it. There have been a slight few of you that managed to get your parts back in the mail, saddly there's still a lot more of you out there waiting on parts but more so MONEY refunds!
Do not let this drag out any longer, post your evidence here and file a police report before it's to late. That's my suggestion to all of you, as I've say before I have no ties to this matter other then to mediate and pass on information to ensure matters are settled.

I can't believe how many things were said about me not giving people parts, when it was in FACT those people that had not fully completed the transaction on THEIR end, not mine.
I will respond to anyone, but I cannot say that I will have time to do it right that second.
I was really proud to be a part of this community when I first joined, but after all the things that were said about me that were just plain not true, and how everyone gathered around like a bunch of villagers with pitchforks as I was IN THE HOSPITAL, I have to say I am really disgusted with a lot of people on here.

Anyone within reasonable distance from Allentown, PA that would be willing to pay Erik a visit please PM me. All of Erik's known and/or possible information (home address, shop address, phone number, email) is all listed on the 1st post of this thread.
At this point I am peronally willing to pay for your gas money to go pay Erik a visit and see what the hell is going on.
Depending on Erik's reaction to someone showing up at his home/shop will dictate how this situation will proceed either through a court case or man to man.
Erik, when you read this you need to respond to this thread. Before this thread was created and you were emailed of the situation your last login was September 11th but now your "Last Activity: Yesterday 09:19 PM" and now "Last Activity: Today 05:32 PM ".

Ok the time has come to hash some things out and get some answers. There has been a lot going on over the past few months about Erik and his business.
First and foremost I would like to mention that this has been a topic of discussion between us moderators for several months now. Due to Erik mentioning that him and his wife recently had a baby and some complications occured with both the baby and Erik's health we all chose to give Erik the benifit of the doubt. It's been quite some time since Erik has logged in and physically posted, though Erik last logged in on Sept 11th.
The most disturbing part of this situation is that MANY members have sent Erik their parts for him to work on yet months and months have passed and the parts have not be returned nor any word of a status update let alone any communications at all. Erik's lack of communications with the members is raising concern among everyone that Erik quite possibly could be scamming.
Now provided on here are several thread links relating to Erik and some troubles.

One guy was told he had an "ARC" FMIC, in reality it was an ebay fmic with a nice ARC sticker on it.
Goes to show you what kind of guy he is.

UPDATED: 30 SEPT, Rummel seems to have logged in here and viewed this thread again.... no response.
It has now been roughly 48 hours since this thread was created and Erik was notified several times via email and phone. Erik has read this thread twice and has failed to reply to the thread as well as emails and phone calls.
Confirmed phone contact has been made with Erik today (Monday September 28th 2009) during lunch (EST). A member on here, after speaking to me, decided to call the police and have a officer check out Rummel's shop. Eventually the cop showed up and that member was on the phone with Erik. From what I gathered Erik gave a shady run around response and excuses.
Update: Email contact made with Erik, more excuses reported. Fresh email sent to Erik further expressing the need for him to get on here and explain before things turn into a legal issue.

Yesterday afternoon was when he claimed he would get on and explain himself. That was after a email response he gave to ONE person. I sent him a few emails shortly after I heard he was sending a email.
I sent Erik one email from a Yahoo account I had just created (
larrybnr32@yahoo.com) asking him for RB26 parts, guess what..... he replied within 20 minutes. The minute I got his email reply I hopped on "my" email and sent him one telling him to get his ass on here, guess what...... no fucking reply.
I'm done giving this guy the benifit of the doubt. It's been over 3 days now, he's gotten numerous phone calls, emails and even a fucking cop showed up at his shop while he was there and he STILL refuses to get on here. I have no more patience for this game of his that clearly is so he can take advantage of everyone here. I am going to say that the waiting game needs to end right here and now and everyone involved needs to take quick and hard action against him, either get your shit back in person or call the cops in his town. Get a police report going and put some fire under his ass cause he clearly will not budge to get things straightened out
