Funny how he can't even bother to log on here. Guess he's a outright scammer afterall. I still have yet to get a reply from him on "my" email. He sure replied to the fake email I made asking for parts to buy.

i was actually on zilvia last night before you guys were posting about it, i had sent some warnings to a couple members who seemed interested in dealings. good call i was thinking we need to spread the word as this is a pretty serious deal at this point. i also suggest we think about getting on a site called padrift.com, i checked it out but i saw no activity there, but getting the word out in that community might be a good idea.

damn, this is getting way out of hand. and here, when I first saw of him on SOUSA I was so excited to have a skyline workshop in my own backyard, (I'm from Allentown). I really would love to come with you guys to pay him a very special "visit" (I have a video camera to record all that's there) I now feel silly having nearly considered trading him my G35 RAYS for a set of R32 GTR stock wheels with tires.

im willing to bet 2 of those fucking gtr wheels are mine that i gave him for parts i never got. nice.

from my pm's:

"Its the hot side pipes, but the other side could be made.
How does this sound, You send me 2 wheels and a few bucks for the materials, and I will send you the ARC hard piping and make you a pipe with the HKS BOV flange already on it.
Let me know, and here is a pic of the piping. Really needs to be gone over with some chrome polish to get the pits out of it, or just paint it to match your engine.

CAN someone resume what happened here?

never mind...

is really shitty that this is happening , good comunication always(well actually, most of the time) resolves problems before a agressive action,

just dont be afraid to get agressive if needed

Listen guys, having been through this before with my OWN customers I can tell you what your typial scenerio will be.

1- you can get as manyt lawyers as you'd like, you will spend tons of money to get nothing back. At most you may get your parts back.

2- you can go there in person and try to get your parts, most people parts may be there, some won't. By law even if the parts are yours your not allowed to just go in and grab what you "think" is yours even if it is.
You need to have a police officer ready to escort you there and prove what is yours.

3- if you go there he will try and persuade you and sell a sob story as to why he hasn't responded or refunded etc. Etc.

The reason why I know this IS NOT from my own personal experience. Two of my very good, honest, humble customers went through this whole ordeal already.

Being that one was at the point of commiting a felony, he decided for the sake of his wife and kids not to go there and try to get back any of his parts, he took the loss and kept it moving.

I'm telling you guys this in advance only because based on what I know, you may end up spending more $ trying to persue this.

To some it may be worth it, to others it may not.

Personally I think this guy should be stopped only because apparently he doesn't have any regard to anyone but himself and he gives decent shops a terrible reputation.

I feel bad that I didn't forewarn you guys, but to be honest he even conned me with his sob story saying he was trying to restart his shop because his partners fcuked him, so I decided to delete my post about him.

PS- my customers were screwed almost 2 years ago, so imagine how long this has been going on.

If you guys need parts, or work pm me.

Vandrel I think I might setup vendor status here to offer some of the group buys he was offering for everyone, please pm me.
