Installed my HKS ATTESA ET-S torque split controller tonight and it works perfect... Erik re-wired it just right... Took off the front of the ashtray and cut a square hole in the back for the clip and wire to go through... Unit fit perfect in the ashtray with a rubber spacer I had in the garage... I took her out for a drive and first kept the knob down to "MIN" and kicked the tail out a little on a corner and never saw the torque split gauge move... Started from a dead stop and making a right with the setting at "MAX" and got mad grip off the start and watched the gauge go all the way to the top and stay there until I let off the gas... While it was on "MAX", even going straight, if I gave it gas, the TS gauge would at least jump half way... This thing is going to be fun when I get it figured out....

You don't have to say that your not trying to knock Erik, because he screwed a lot of people, including you, and doesn't seem to care enough to apologize to the people he needs to... Sounds like you need to take him to small claims court... I also think that maybe the reason he decided to contact some people and not others, is that the people he has contacted and sent the parts finally to, were maybe the people who had parts with him that he could not sell..? I tried to sell my HKS ET-S unit before I sent it to Erik to have him re-wire it for me because it was the wrong unit for my 33... I think he saw the thread and thought that he could sell or use this for his own gain and in the end, could not sell it so he fixed it and sent it back to me..? What do you guys think..? Am I just ranting..?

I think you are absolutely right on that one, the only people I have heard get their shit back thus far either have a R33 or R34, not many of them out there that he can sell stuff to since most of them are all on here and know his history now.

Coming on here and posting what i would actually want to say or even do about this situation will either get me kicked off this site(which i wouldn't enjoy at all) or get me in serious truble elsewhere or possibly even both.
And also at the same time i dont want to portray like i am a bad guy to the people that have not met me nor talked to me on a regular basis. I want people to know that I am a good guy and that i would help someone out if i could, not screw them out of every dime and nickel like some people.
Anyways i hope you guys see where i am coming from and honestly to tell you the truth if i have to take him to small claims court he is going to have some serious bills to pay! I have proof of everything and a extensive paper trail!!!!! I am not worried at all. Just frustrated that this shit happened to not only me but the people on here that go work their asses off at work and have someone take it away so easily. With this kind of farud can't he get some time in jail?

I hate to say it but I think it's time to get the police involved hardcore, everyone waiting on stuff or getting no reply from this guy needs to call the local police in his town and file a complaint, get a report on file and get the ball rolling.
