I'll look through my ebay records and see if I can find out who I got it through. I'm pretty sure they are all made in the same sweet shop in China though--to include Greddy/HKS/Trust/etc.
well i know that brand name intercoolers are WAAAAY lighter than ebay ones. so i know they are not made equally

as far as efficiency.... i dont really know, ive heard mixed things

is yours tube and fin or bar and plate? tube and fin would be nice

I'll have a DIYS soon on the Ford lightning MAF.Need a FC datalogic to make it work for the PFC.should be good for up to 800hp.About turbos.........For that 4g63 theres nothing like a GT37r Nothing.AMS started with that GT42 but soon realize GT37 is the only way to go.More productive turbo.Of course you will need some upgrades on fuel and internals.DSMs have weak trannys.Luckly shepard has a solution for that.I have a ported head for a 4g63 still laying around.all you will need is some cams and goodies.lol.pm if you want it.
Holset I herd that no spool after 7k or 6k.but who needs spool in that rpm level right?
Does anyone know if this is a fact? Some dyno graphs will do.

I'm already fully built top and bottom by (me)

1000cc Injectors, Meth, ECMlink

My HX-40 spools 25psi just after 4 grand with no power drop in a small .55a/r bolton housing.

Currently going with a T3 Ramhorn and a .70a/r housing.. should see atleast 20psi by 4400

It's plenty capable of 650awhp

And I've yet to have a problem with stock trans, all the way up to 550awhp. Fluid type, driver mod and maintence are key

- But no need to go offtopic

Actionbastard, I don't know where you are getting your info about when holsets spool, but they out spool comparable sized garrett BB series turbos. 6000-7000rpm is WAY off the mark. My HX40 which is good for 130mph in the quarter in a car with a 3300lb curb weight is at a bar by 3400rpm and 1.5 bar by 3900rpm with a T4 19cm ex housing.
